Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you use the Funding Readiness Score calculator, we collect the business details you enter: time in business, monthly revenue, average bank balance, recent overdraft or NSF days, whether you already have other funding in place, and a self-reported credit range. If you continue to the intake questions, we also collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and what you are looking to fund. If you join the Fundability Lab, we collect an email and password for your account, along with anything you save in the member area: your score history, notes in the planning tools, and posts or messages you leave in the community. Every field is either required to generate your score or clearly optional, and nothing here is a credit pull.

Why we collect it. We use your calculator answers to generate a Funding Readiness Score and an estimated funding range, and to identify the one thing most likely holding your file back. We use your contact information to follow up personally about your results and, if you request it, to connect you with a member of the team for a free Funding Readiness Review. We use your member account to run the Fundability Lab: saving your progress, tracking badges and levels, and hosting the community.

Who sees it. Tony Kittrell and members of FundingPlan.org's team who work with leads and members see what you submit. We use GoHighLevel to manage follow-up and Cloudflare to host the site and store data securely. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale of it (we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front). To exercise any of these rights, email info@the-kg.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, consistent with what the law where you live requires.

Contact consent and texts. By submitting the calculator or the intake form, you agree that FundingPlan.org may contact you by phone, text or email about your Funding Readiness Score and about funding options. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email info@the-kg.com.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing info@the-kg.com. If you have a member account, you can also update most of this yourself from your account settings.

Cookies. This site sets one cookie, to keep you signed in once you join the Fundability Lab. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Children. This site and the Fundability Lab are for business owners 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email info@the-kg.com and we will remove it.

Changes. If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
