The calculator is an estimate. The Funding Readiness Score and any range shown are built from the answers you enter. They assume those answers are accurate and do not involve a credit pull, a bank verification, or a lender's review. The score is not a quote, not an offer of credit, and not a guarantee that you will be approved for any amount.

No advice. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Speak to a licensed professional, such as an attorney or a CPA, before making a decision based on anything you see here.

Real numbers come from the lender. If you move forward with any funding product, the bank, lender or finance company that actually approves and issues it sets the real amount, rate, terms and timeline. Their terms control, not anything estimated on this site.

Membership and community. The Fundability Lab is one free account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your login. The community is for business owners to ask questions and share what worked for them, and it is not a substitute for the free Funding Readiness Review with our team. We can remove content or an account for false information, abusive behavior, or anything else that breaks these terms.

Use of the site. Do not submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape or copy its content without permission.

Liability. This site and the Fundability Lab are provided as is, with no guarantee of a specific funding outcome. To the fullest extent the law allows, FundingPlan.org's liability for anything arising from your use of this site is limited.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
